Step 1: Open the Airtel Thanks app and look for the ‘Pay’ icon. Click on that.
Step 2: The tab will take you to the Airtel Thanks banking services page.
Step 3: Now, scroll down the page. You will see three options, Payment settings, transaction history and get help. Click on the ‘transaction history’ option.
Step 4: After that, you’ll see three further options- Airtel UPI transactions, Airtel Recharge and Bills, utilities and others.
Step 5: Click on UPI transactions one and it will reflect all your UPI transactions made using the Thanks app.
Step 6: After that, in Airtel recharge and bill, you will see all your recharges and bills with other details like the amount of recharge, order ID, and the modify button.
Step 7: Now, if you want to download the invoice in the Airtel Thanks app, head over to the ‘help’ tab.
Step 8: Click on ‘transaction history’. You can see your Airtel prepaid bill invoice here. Click on ‘View all’ to check your previous transactions.
Step 9: After that, select the transaction you need to download the invoice for. Here, you can see all details like amount, transaction ID, transaction date and payment method.
